Fantastic model of this probably most famous triplane.
Parts are very nicely moulded with some interesting details such as wood texture on cockpit floor
Painting was done mostly before final assembly.
Propeller was painted to Sail color as base, then few thin layers of Vallejo Smoke for wood texture, followed by artistic oil Burnt Umbra for laminated parts, and few thin layers of Tamiya Clear Orange in the end to emphasize wood color
Rigging was done with fishing nylon 0,073mm
Weathering is finished with artistic oils
Decals came from Eduard kit and represent plane of Lt. Paul Baumer
One of the kits I enjoyed very much during work on it, and great addition to my WW1 collection
