Beautiful shaped aircraft. Sadly it is neglected from major companies... Any progress here?

Gabor, THAT´s progress! Congrats, great work here!
Why was it necessary to sand the upper surface of the wings?

Very interesting to watch this construction. I have two similar models in progress, and I am aware of the difficulties involved.

Thanks mates! The surface is a bit rough and the material contains small bubbles (in a such thick resin parts is quite common even casted in pressure camber so thats why the primer/sanding process). I primed the surface twice actually - added a second layer after the sanding prior the first real camouflage colors. The first layer also used to notice asemmbly faults. The kit itself not bad at all, but the wings dihedral is not correct (too flat) but You can't help it without major surgery - I can live with it but it's there. The most difficult part of the building is mating the resin part with the big upper vacformed transparent element.

What are you going to do with the extra canopy? I have the old vac form of the aircraft that is missing part of the canopy.

Hi Dave! All of two canopies of my kit were broken (probably due to the heavy resin parts in the box), I used a better one. If You like I will send the other to You but You have to know that it is broken just behind the front glazing (can be used I guess anyway and difinitely better than nothing at all). Cheers!

Sorry for the bad news, but the swastika on picture 36 looks reversed. Could you check please?

Yees! You noticed it! 🙂 I'm also awared it fortunately before sealing the decals. Thence I removed the decals and added new ones 🙂 I was a bit inattentive - and well I don't use swastikas too often 😄
