Very nice job Ekki. I have the kit in my wishlist, but I didn't realize it was so nicely detailed. It's all in there, very good job.

Gordon Sørensen
Great looking camoflague on the Vampire, Ekki!
26 April 2017, 13:45
Ekki
Thanks again, mates.
Actually a nice little kit which shouldn't pose any problems to even the less-experienced modeller (like me). Just follow the instructions and don't do what I did. I won't tell you as it is too embarrassing. Yet I think I resolved the cock-up well enough since nobody commented on it. 🙂

Clifford Keesler
Nice one Ekki.

Martin Oostrom
Ooh, a find-the-cock-up challenge. 👍
The pilots bump their heads when the canopy's down?
26 April 2017, 20:40
Ekki
Yep. When I noticed it, it was too late to correct it. 🙁
27 April 2017, 16:56
Alfredo Jurado
No problem with that. Let the pilots enjoy a nice picture in that old lady, or they should leave the parachutes on the ground, then they will have more space in the cockpit. Perhaps the operator should hire shorter pilots in Nepal or South America.

Martin Oostrom
Been there, done that. Just regard it as a lesson 😉

Alfredo Jurado
It's just a jose. I understand your point and agarre.

Hister Farjas
Great, the scheme if for the 1967 war?
11 June 2017, 16:45
Ekki
I believe the aircraft is from 1956; I don't know as to whether Jordan operated any Vampires in 1967.
11 June 2017, 19:24
Alfredo Jurado
I would say no. So far I know, Jordan only operated the Hawker Hunter during that time and lost almost their entire fleet in Operation Locus.

Ekki
Sounds sensible to me.
