Hasegawa Curtiss P-40E Warhawk Review
This is an inbox review of the Hasegawa Curtiss P-40E Warhawk
The kit at first sight is quite big and looks good. And even at a closer look, it has great engraved panel lines, crisp molding, very little clean up and there is no flaash what so ever. The cockpit looks very well detailed and the dashboard is quite amazing and has very nice detqils such as nice gauge details and button details. Even the seat looks to be the correct type and has some nice texture. The wings, by the looks of it should fit nice and snug. The machine guns barrels will need some drilling out to give that "real" effect. The kit even comes with a very nicely done pilot. The face expression is a bit "boring", but when its all painted up, it will look quite good. The pilots clothes have very nice molding with very little if any mold seam lines. Back to the plane, the fusalge is the correct shap according to my referances, and lookimg at it, the two should fit togeather fine. The only thing you'll probanly need is a little filler. And th
Hunter, very nice Review on the P-40E. Take your time building it. Take lots of build photos, good luck

Nice one...I have this decal sheet and am still undecided on which kit to use it with....will probably go for the mauve/eduard kit....
P-40N Kittyhawk IV (SuperScale International 48-0518, 1:48)
I really like the hasegawa kit
has great detail
but eduard still far surpases it haha
It's a reboxing by Eduard...not their own kit
How so? Eduard does that a lot, they rebox academy's P-47 and P-39 and some Zveda kits and out in lots of tasty bits of their own making...best of both worlds I would say
I didnt know that
I have never had an eduard kit
I must get one now 🙂
They are great.
I got one now!
Did you forget to mail my Corsair and wheels again. LOL.
No LOL, dad had to work all weekend cause the other driver had his kid or something haha
