At the moment. I am waiting for my second 250GTO to arrive from 'Hobby Search' in Japan. Happy with only one 'Dino 240Gt. Had to order wheels and tyres for the 330, having none in the kit. 🙁

Top of the day lads. 🙂
Spanjaard, I have started the 250 and especially the engine, not realising just how detailed it is. 👍
And being the rich old fart I am, I have bought two of each except for thr Dino 240Gt, but I complain not. hhehehe
Per usual, I always start each one and do a little on each as it grabs me.
Michael, I am pissed with some places that send incomplete models, having to buy two sets of wheels for the 330 04 and the Dino 240. grrrrrrrrrrrr
I sent Hobby Search an email and they promptly addressed the issue and got Fujumi to send on the parts missing, no questions asked which I think was brilliant and great customer service. 👍
The same has happened with the ATM 1941 Plymouth. No instructions. But thankfully, I was able to find them online. Whew. !
More pics as I go, and I am thoroughly enjoying the 250 in particular, as Spanjaard didn't say just how much there is to get ones head around. Lovin' it. 👍 🙂

Thankfully I can't remember a kit that I bought and it had missing parts, good luck with the build sounds like your loving it.👍

Cheers Michael. 🙂
I am happy to say that I will be really taking it slow, even with 8 weeks to go, I will not rush it. 👍

8 weeks, is that when the modeling comp is on in Brisbane?

Hello Kerry 🙂, the Italians are passing me by, I've lived too long at the Nürburg Ring, the green hell, but the Kawasaki GPZ is something for mother's son 😄, I would care about the quality of this version of Aoshima, could you to one or two words and pictures lose ?? Greetings Jens

You'll finish them all in 8 weeks? 😉

Martin, Jens, Michael. I am committed to only the 250GTO for the comp, having been inspired by Spanjaard's build and stunning result. 🙂 👍
Jens, the Kwacker 900 will be done with Peter Hardy in mind as it was him who got my interest in bike models happening again after many years of other things, and yes mate, I will do a good spread of the process, and I do like the details in these kits. Quite well detailed in many ways, equal to both Tamiya and Hasegawa. !
BTW. Spanjaard failed to mention just how beautifully detailed the 250GTO is. 👍
The engine compartment will be a real challenge, especially getting each distributor cap with their seven leads each. ! (six plug leads and one for the ignition coil)
Thank God for magnifying goggles. hahahaha 🙂 🙂 🙂
I am taking photos of all I am doing for the albums I will post after all is done.
Cheers , 👍

hi Kerry, my 250 was Italeri, not Fujimi 😉
i am so looking forward how mine will pale in comparison to yours 🙂 i may do another one in the future to try to get a decent one 🙂

Gawd! Four brand new unused classic Ferrari's and another on order... Spanjaard, you have created a monster! Yoda has turned to the Dark Side!
Jens, I have started on the GPZ but haven't posted anything yet. I'll be home next week and post the project. Kit is VERY detailed in most areas. Fit isn't perfect but is acceptable and good enough to be easy to correct. I am enjoying the build so go pick up the kit. You won't regret it.

Spanjaard
no, he has turned to the red side 😄 😄

Thanks Peter, I'll buy the Aoshima shelves empty in my Ju 88 breaks 😄 👍 👍 👍 but only bikes, cars are too boring 😄

His bank account will be in the red if he keeps buying prancing ponies!
Jens the Aoshima kits are very inexpensive, but as Kerry said, the detail is not lacking.

WOW. :-O
Spanjaard, forgive me for thinking yours was the Fujumi. ! 👍 But the work you did on it was stunning, no matter what brand mate. 🙂 (Not to mention......inspirational. ) 🙂
I have allready wired the two distributors and I am getting the engine components all painted.
Lots of extras I am keen to attempt. 👍
I must get the Italeri kit Spanjaard, as the windows look a whole lot better than what is in the Fujumi kit. !
I will start a photo sptread with the arrival of the second 250, doing an 'unboxing and the images of the build to follow.
Cheers lads.
Go Queensland. !!!!
