The cockpit looks fantanstic, Tomislav! I am very tempted to pick up a couple of these eduard kits...

Thanks. Well, it is beautifully overengineered kit, so details are really stunning, but fit is quite fiddly.

What about the "Mr. Surfacer party"? Were the rivets wrong or too much pronounced?
7 September 2017, 08:44
Tomislav Martan
VIII had front part of wings' rivets and panels filled (as P-51 had whole wings) for better aerodynamics (50 additional work hours on manufacture line than IX).

She looks really great, but I get the feeling that the tail is of by a few degrees, slanted to the right. Or is it just my bad eye sight?
19 May 2018, 07:17
Tomislav Martan
Thanks.
About the tail, it may be my eyes, but I cannot see it on the kit. Maybe the photo gives such impression.

I guess it's picture 28 then that's fooling me 🙂
Did I already mention she looks great?

Tomislav Martan
Funny, it really looks off on that photo.
Actually, you did, but thanks again. 😉
