Adam CarterThanks, I can see why people get into tank building. My planes all invole fiddly paint prep and little bits of building. So far this is just mashing bits of plastic together with instant results, great fun!

Mike KComing together nicely. Looks like a nice kit. Tanks do have an appeal all their own. And IMHO they never look right without a healthy dose of weathering.

Barry LloydThere's no rubber pads on Centurion tracks, so you just need to dry brush the parts that contact the ground with some aluminium paint.

Adam CarterCheers, I found a vid on YouTube of some Danish guy doing a build with really easy to follow weathering etc. very easy to follow but does have a techno sound track!

Adam CarterLol, seriously though, cos I'm a bit special I find it much easier to learn by watching someone. I've read all the articles on oil washes and weathering pigments, but actually seeing someone do it means it's much clearer in my mind now.

Adam CarterYeah Brandon, no airbrush but I think I'll just rattle can spray it and then do all the weathering by hand with the details like shovels, paint chips etc. Go Hunter, so cool I inspired you to build this, surely that's what this site is best for!
