Guido Haesevoets Great start Dennis! I have the Revell boxing of this one, so I'll follow closely.
Will you do the version as shown in the Project image?
11. February 2016 at 22:16:25
Dennis Mathes Yes, it will be the same version, but the I will do 12-YN, as seen before it had the special scheme in 2000. Decals will be from the Astra sheet #ASD7201.

Guido Haesevoets ok!

Just checked it, think the number is 7210. It's added now so you can add it to the project. ;)

Maciej Bellos Good job Dennis. Just one thing, I suppose you know that the italeri kit depicts the prototype M2000 and not the production aircraft. Or at least that is correct for the 48th scale and I don't know if the 72nd kit a scale down of the 48th.

Dennis Mathes No, I did not know that it is a prototype. Somewhere I've read the wingtips are wrong, but I don't care. Still better than trying to rescribe the Heller kit with raised detail.

Pierre-Christian Baudru Nice paint job ! Could you please let me know about the color references you used ? Tamiya ? Humbrol ? Gunze ? Thanks.

Bart Goesaert also interested in the colors, I hope to be able to build this one also in the near future... will be a pain in the but for painting though: [img1]

Dennis Mathes I've used Vallejo Model Color 900 "French Mirage Blue" and 990 "Light Grey" (FS 36375). Thinned with about two parts Tamiya X-20A. Masking was done with White Tac.
