Book shelf fell on this one.... Broke the wingtip, landing gear, canopy, cracked the fuselage...
Slowly putting back together. Think this one will be regulated to the back of the display case...

Damaged repaired. Didn't quite get the fuselage crack exactly lined up but too late now.....
The rear fixed canopy section went "ping" with the shelf incidence. Trying to find a replacement...

'Borrowed' the rear canopy from an Italeri Spitfire Mk.IX and modified the tail decals from an aftermarket set I had in the stash. Highlighted the panellines with a Prismacolour Pen - Dark Grey. Thought black might be too dark. Spitfire #26 finished!
