@Slavo - The idea was to impress superstitious chinese soldiers with faces of Tigers or Dragons which are very powerful creatures in chinese mythology. I have no idea if it really worked...

And a mix of baking soda (natron) and Future for the melting snow an the tank on the side of the road

@Torsten - Cool information. I wondered myself for quite some time what effect those paintings had. Somehow I am not surprised that the had no effect 😉 Nonetheless - An interesting idea in military history ...
