Christian MeyerhoffHi Arne! The answer is simpel. During flight competitions ( Kunstflug) the foreward cockpit was closed for saving weight. The maximum power of this aircraft was about 80 PS. The same story with this one:

Arne GreveMoin Christian, warum ein Cockpit verschlossen wird, ist mir schon klar. Aber warum Du es gerade bei der Maschine gemacht hast, wollte ich es wissen. Das Deckelbild zeigt ja eine zweisitzige Version. Ich hatte mich falsch ausgedrückt. ;-D

@ Arne: Ich finde mit geschlossenem vorderen Cockpit sieht das Teil einfach eleganter aus. Ich bau bstimmt auch noch mal einen Doppelsitzer.
