Are there decals on the helmet? If yes, it looks great! You may have used a lot of decalfluid?!

Ah, ok, Mr. Softer, have read it now😢

Hi,
yes, a lot of Mr.Softer. And only use water for the Decals. No Water/vinegar fluid. During contact the Decals break in 1000 pices.😉 The next Test are the Cross Delta Decals. We will see... 🙂

Hey there, the reflexsight on the scope is wrong turned. I would prefer an EoTech 551/552, aviable from LiveResin. Please turn around the sight😉

Looks like a DOC-sight to me. But a EoTech would fit in better, i agree!

No Docter-Sight. Its a Trijicon RX09, like here: [img1]
Mostly used on M4/M16, but not by german forces.

More Infos: The optic you use is a Trijicon RX01, RX06 or a RX01NSN in 1x24. It´s used on M4/M16 in general. The NSN-Version is only used by the US Special Forces on the M4A1/Mk.18.

Interesting fact! I never recognised a Trijicon RX01 etc. in the M4 SOPMOD accessory Kit. I´ll keep an eye on it! THX for the info🙂!

By the way, many of the SF units have switched to the HK416/417 and use different EoTech´s and Schmidt & Bender.

Hi,

Ha Bill, i sometimes fitted my G-36 with a ACOG from Trijicon!

Nice idea, but not in use by German Forces in general. Fits more to AR15-Models and the SG-Rifles.

I had the pleasure to test shoot some rifles at the WTD91 in Meppen. I was assigned for one week and it was real fun to use different weapons and sights. On the last day, they gave us some relict´s like an StGw44 or an MG42. One of the best weeks in my life😢!

@Holger - yeah, we make the prisms and lenses in the ACOG. And no, I can't get you a discount! LOL

Album info

Another small project. A Soldier from the Trumpeter set. The figures are not bad, but it is a lot of work to get a "good" German soldier. 😉 I reworket some parts and changed the Head and the Hands with Hornet parts. The Weapon is a Trumpeter AG-36. And a decaltest with the Trumpeterdecals. They are OK but a little bit tricky. I used a lot of Mr. Mark Softer to fit it on the Helmet. 🙂
