You can link paints to projects. Not to albums

In your stash, after the paint is a big +
Click this and you'll see (in your case) 2 lines which indicate how many of this paint you have in your stash.
To the right of these lines you have a double chevron to the right. >> >>
Click this for the second item and choose "Remove from stash"
For the first item, click the double chevron and select "Add to project"
Select the correct project and click 'Add'
Select where the paint is used (interior/exterior, etc) optionaly use some notes and click 'save changes'

Done!

think that's about it now, can't add the fairing cos it's full of finger prints as it's never going to dry crappy alclad clear coat

That it is really strange..... did you shake it really well before using it? O e thi g for sure is they tend to split into two components when not used for long periods of time
12 August 2021, 20:35
matt
no, didn't shake it at all cos i bought the aqua clear and that said not to shake it on the bottle so assumed that the klear kote was the same, that said it had just been through the parcel network so wasn't still for a long period before i used it, really sucks tho as i was pretty proud of this yzr 🙁

think i'm gonna get a good supply of x22's in and use that from now on, i'm not having much luck with clears.

well, if i can recommend one that work really good for me, Future. from UK you can easily get it via Amazon. ship from US for a reasonable price. I managed to get mine via family in France, since Amazon seller only shipped it to UK, France and Germany

yeah, the instructions in the bottle said that you should not shake, but if you leave it long enough in your cabinet, you will see how it splits in two. and only way is to shake it agian. i guess some time before using it

matt
i see i'll investigate the bottle in a mo and see if it's seperated, thank you mate

Bike looks cool, shame the clear sux. Maybe it will come off easier than usual if not hardened?
Try Mr.Color GX100 Clear lacquer. Its very good. Or SMS ultra clear 2k. Toxic as hell but an amazing product.

I wonder why they say not to shake?? Thats odd.
13 August 2021, 07:45
matt
i dunno rod i thought maybe just because of bubbles but who knows

maybe they have changed the product formula. the clear cotes that i have from alclad, when left alone for a long time, look like yours, but with kind of milky color at the bottom. the more flat, more amount of "milk" i will update some pictures
13 August 2021, 08:38
Spanjaard
correction, my aqua gloss is completely "milky" and the others (matte, semimatte and flat) are transparent with the milky part at the bottom. the aqua gloss says do not shake, while the others it does say to shake them. sorry, i have not used them for a long time, so i mixed them up a bit in my mind.
13 August 2021, 08:43
Martin Oostrom
You can get Aqua gloss off with an ammonia based product

How did you do the bubbles in the line? That's very interesting.
13 August 2021, 09:05
matt
i'm just gonna leave them as is, i have limited space in my displays anyway so as and when i build better ones and improve my game, the worst ones will get replaced and binned, the bubbles in the brake line were an unhappy accident, i now have air in my brakes, thas not good lol anyway it was just a mix of water and a little clear yellow that i dripped through the line and as is always the way with my models, looked tidy, then a few days later i've got bubbles? guess it was just evaporation.
