Phil Mahah JD, for me an old fiat is really old and rusty...I love doing rust and dust and stuff from time to time...its like a more abstract way of painting, you can do whatever you want and its pure freedom.

Phil MThanks Bernhard and Michael, I bought this kit specifically to do the photos with Lupin III & Co...so i wanted it waymuch more clean and cartoony at first, but at this scale I finally wanted to create something very realistic and go all in with the details and weathering (and also, I love doing this). A really good kit from Italeri, easy to build and quite detailed, but with some great flaws with the doors and the front suspension..I glued the front suspension and the front wheels as the system was way too fragile and I didn't care that much. The rear suspension is really good tho.

An amazing little kit, if you're patient you can build a great looking and realistic vehicle. I wanted to practice my weathering skills, as rust and dirt fit good with an old fiat. I think it went quite well.
