Roden 1:144 kit rather simple kit, no much parts, no cabin windows, but at this scale I think a decal is OK
wings and fuselage assembled. Some sanding, trimming, putty required for the motor gondolas and a little vallejo putty on the seams
alu part primed with AK black primer
and white parts primed with AK grey primer
home made decals applied
other side
the connection fuselage -cockpit roof needs some putty and filing
It took me 3 days to find a suitable solution for the antenna wires: Prym knitting elastic , colored black with a marker

Erik De Smet@ Robert : very nice kit , the Carvair appears to have the same parts for wings and etc. , but with a different sprue for the fuselage
