Album info

The LaGG-3 was tested by the Japanese army after capturing an exiled Soviet aircraft in Manchuria. The ICM kit is extremely precise and can be made separately for each lot. The machine seems to be a type with mass balance on the upper surface, which is equivalent to lot 3. There are some photos from that time, and the exhaust is similar to the ones (three types), and the instructions can be trusted to some extent. The Hasegawa decal is a little big, and the clear parts of the ICM are very fragile, but it can be said that it is a well-made kit. I made it with reference to "Famous Airplanes of the World Mook" No.143 Lavochkin fighter. Although it is out of print, it contains a memoir of a Japanese pilot who was actually tested at that time.
