Popeye 35I haven’t built in 40+ years. I am so out of touch. It really depresses me to find that there just aren’t any brick and mortar hobby shops within 75 mile radius of where I live. If anybody in the Central Illinois area know of some place unlisted, please point me that way. We used to have several such places to buy Models and supplies.

I feel your pain. Brick and mortar stores are few and far in between, and it's not gonna get better. That said, scale modeling has not had more kits and accessories available than it does today, you just have to be willing to order online.
Have you looked if there is an IPMS club near you? I know there is one near Milwaukee.

Nathan DempseyWelcome back 👍🏼 Agree with Alec. Where I'm at there are a few shops but you need to be prepared to drive. On the online "mail order" side at least you might recognize Squadron. It now lives in Georgia instead of Texas though.

Alec KRegarding IPMS: they host one of the largest annual contests is the US. This summer, it will be in Madison WI. This may be driveable for you: I highly recommend it, it will for sure kickstart your mojo 🙂 👍
