Thanks Robert. I haven't done the kit justice, but I'm reasonably happy since this is my first kit for over three decades.

Very nice, interesting model, what color did you use? I also have photos of my PZL 23 here, but in 1/48

Thanks Damian. I used Hataka A011 Light Polish Khaki and A036 Light Blue-Grey. I've guessed at the black (AK Interactive AK719) for the wing treadway, but think it should probably be khaki. I like the contrast though. Couldn't really find much reference material online.

Just viewed your album Damian. Very nice work Sir. The interior of the PZL.23 really lends itself to the larger scale. Sadly I don't have the space - I don't know where I'll find space for this one even. And, I have to say, I like your colour choice for the wing treadway! 😄

Thanks. I used Hataka colors for my Fokker G-1 from Micro Mir. I think that these are the worst colors that are on the market, I almost ruined the model. Will never use them again !! I mixed the khaki myself on my PZL 23

Mmmm. I hear you on the Hataka paints, I'm not impressed with them so far. I bought quite a few colours though. Going to see if they improve when used with Ultimate Airbrush Thinner.

Not familar withe the As, but the Hataka C lacquer colours are waaay better for spraying at least...

A and B are water-based acrylics optimised for airbrushing and brushing respectively, while C is lacquer based optimised for airbrushing - Hataka's words. I chose acrylics as they are more environmentally friendly. I'll next try Hataka A with non-Hataka thinners. It's all a (re)learning exercise.

Getting much better results with Hataka A paints now - I'm putting earlier problems down to too high a pressure. Now having problems applying AK True Metal Wax. 🙁

I do not want to put any pressure on you, Mark, but it is going to be a beautiful model of one of Polish aircraft - so there are at least two reasons to see it finished 😉

This looks really nice so far. No pressure - but keep up your work on this model. It will surely be looking fabulous! Good luck 👍🙂
