Hi Tom, it's not a kit, I bought it used years ago, and was just making some repairs to it before putting it on the mantelpiece. I had an outdoor layout at my old house but have not built a new one at this house yet.

I thought as much. It looked like it actually runs. Some part of me would love to get into model railways but definitely don't have the time or space (and probably money) to do it. Maybe when I retire and move to place with a large basement, or attic, then I might be tempted. Too many interesting hobbies and not enough time...

Yes, I thought it added interest. It was my first photoetch experience. The kit is terrible of course but fun to build nonetheless. Now the eagle box holds my decal stash.
