Finished the major paintwork yesterday. All in all I am quite happy with the way it looks.

But the use of Mr. Masking sol neo was detrimental to my light green paint. It had dried for 24 h before I applied the mask on some irregular surfaces. Nevertheless it took away the semi-gloss shine and on two spots also part of the color. I am optimistic that I can fix this with varnish and weathering, but definitely do not recommend to use it again on painted surfaces.

Initially I thought about using it on the entire surfaces, but somehow decided to do it with tape instead. Thank god... 🙂

@Guillaume: the darker colour which looks a bit brownish is actually H423 Dark Green RLM 83 (Luftwaffe aircraft), Gunze Aqueous Satin, Acrylic, 10ml
I applied a wash with "AK Paneliner for Brown and Green Camouflage" which gave a dirtier tone.
