I will probably not buy Zvezda anymore, at least not Zvezda marked as "no glue required". This model have comparatively few elements (like metal bars are premolded). Plus the combination of soft plastic and snap-in results in a set that's easy to damage. I had similar issue with T-34/76, although to a lesser degree.
