To be fair: The decals are "3D" ones with positive rivets on them. So something like this rivet set is included (which has already list price of 78€):

In this case the 3D rivets are combined with the painting, which was not done before.

At the beginning of February, Eduard announced a technical change concerning decals:

Dear modelers,
Unfortunately, serious technical problems arose during the printing of positive rivets on the full-surface decal film, which prevented us from realizing our original intention, namely a full-surface decal film with a color design of the helicopter with rivets integrated directly into the basic color print.
After careful consideration, we have therefore decided to change the technological solution. The colored decal sheet of the helicopter and the set of positive rivets will be printed as two separate sets of decals. During application, the rivets will be applied first, followed by the colored decal sheet as a second layer.
We realize that this change may complicate the application. We cannot promise that the process will be easier than originally intended. Mastering it without mistakes will be a challenge for every modeler. However, the result will be a separate set of rivets with a higher level of detail than would be possible with rivets integrated directly into the color decal.
We believe that the resulting quality and level of detail will justify this approach.

In connection with this change, the model assembly instructions have also been modified. They now include separate instructions for applying decals with 3D rivets and separate instructions for applying decals with painting.
