An effective airbrush with a 0.33mm nozzle ;
simple to use and to clean ;
Very good for medium-fine, medium and semi-wide works on scale models.

Strong, but it needed a good disassembling and cleaning before first use (seized and sticky mechanism)

That's normal for all Badger airbrushes. All that I've had and still have plus airbrushes that I've fixed for pals of mine have had manufacturing residues in the body. Coarse threads have also been an issue that have been better with time the more it's used. Lubricant all threads as well as the trigger and the spring in the needle action with Iwata's (not the blue one) or Badger's lube. Yes I say Badger as AMMO's airbrushes is their own Omni model that they produce for AMMO with specs that AMMO have chosen for them. It's a good workhorse airbrush.

Totally agree with you about Badger/Ammomig airbrushes "family" ;
Need a good check, cleaning and lubrication, then get ready for years of happy use.
It's really to know when buying these tools.
I remember having some problems with Badger counter balance handle for Badger 100-150, purchased separately : it screwed very badly on my Badger 100 body ; so I asked my seller to replace it (badly machine thread), then it was Ok.
Another problem I 've encountered with Ammomig (yes, Badger) Aircobra spare parts : Ammomig finger rest réf: 8663 & 8664 : intended to improve the Aircobra airbrush, I never managed to install it on my airbrush...

Yes, I do love the balance on my Sotars but I've got other airbrushes that gets the job done for me so I seldom use my Badgers nowadays. It's more or less Mr Hobby or Iwata that is my go to airbrushes nowadays. As for the finger rest, try heat it up first with near boiling water first and then push it in place. Wait until it's cooled off before you tighten the lock screw.

Hi Urban,
Thanks for this idea. Yes, why not. I'll try so.

But Anyway I 'm going to report this issue to the manufacturer. Completely abnormal.
