Soeren . Probably not for many if you look at the price of around 60€.

John Bollig I don't think that is a bad price, Know it will come down after a year or so.

Soeren . The price is more than ok for me, but for many others probably not so much.
If it will be as good as the Shackleton, Whitley etc. then its worth every cent
I dont really think that the price will come really down that much maybe to 40 or 50 € but not more.

Dierk W. Dreier The Matchbox-Victor is a tanker - the Airfix-Victor will be a bomber.

Soeren . True but you can count of the fact that there will be more than one Victor version from Airfix!
I will bet that in 2017 or 18 we will see another version! Good examples are the He 111, F4F, Whitley etc which will get another version next year!
John Bollig Also I have seen prices drop after a few years for almost all of the new issue kits especially the larger ones

Glenn . I don't mind the price for a good kit BUT what i HATE is the fact they will stick it in a box way bigger than needed! It should fit in the same size box as the Valiant. All though it will fill out the box far better than the Shackleton kit does! the box it was placed in is just plain stupid big! It moves around a lot in the box and makes it cost far more to post THINK AIRFIX!!! duh.....
