Mats Bengtsson added the Airfix Hawker Hurricane Mk.I (1:48) to his stash.

Martyn Fox Might have to get this one,to see how it compares to the Italeri one.
15. April 2015 at 18:49:05
Mats Bengtsson Even though I havent built one yet I can recommend you to get one. The cockpit looks great and the surface details looks very nice (and it doesn't make a big hole in your wallet). I think I'll build this one after I have finished the Spitfire Mk Vb.
15. April 2015 at 19:32:52
Martyn Fox Yes these new Airfix kits are the business and definitely good value. The new Spitfire Mk1 is a cracker and goes together well.

Gabriel Pavlov Is this the best Hurricane at 1:48 scale?
10. July 2015 at 19:36:36
Mats Bengtsson Hi Gabriel
I can't really say if it is the best in 1/48 (I have only built the Hasegawa Hurricane which is a nice kit) but it looks very good.

Gabriel Pavlov Hello Mats,

I bought the hasegawa one this week and I'm waiting to receive! This probably will be my next project (as I finish my A-7)!
22. July 2015 at 19:59:55
Mats Bengtsson Which version did you buy?
23. July 2015 at 12:27:30
Gabriel Pavlov The Hurricane Mk.I Hurricane Mk.I (Hasegawa 09065, 1:48) . Is this a good kit?

Clifford Keesler Mats, I just watched the Genesis models in box review on this kit today. It looks awesome, I did not even know it was out. Enjoy.
