- Buffers Model Shop was established 1999. Located in the sunny shire of Devon between Chard and Axminster on the A358. We’re a friendly family run business who specialise in scenic supplies, trains, plastic and wooden model kits, Warhammer, paints, glues, and modelling materials. We also sell second hand railway and model kits. We love seeing our customers face to face and chatting all things modelling and you will be made most welcome, but if you can’t make it to the shop please visit our website (this is in the process of being updated so everything may not be on there so please call or message us). Our focus is to provide good old front facing customer service and our team has a wide range of expertise so if you have a question we can probably help. Can’t see it on the shelf or website? Then please ask, call or message Maria as we can order from a wide range of suppliers giving us access to many different brands.
