Oh I see. I guess the original Hobbyctaft kits are easier to come by in Canada?! 😉

Not that much, but there is a store I order from that have a very large Pre-owned section. It's were I found all my bargain (This fall I found a Hasegawa P-37 with around 50$ worth of after market addons and paid 42$ for all of it).

At first I tough that It would a quick build that would add to my 109 line, but I turn out to be more detailed than I expected. As you can see there is still a lot of touch up to be done the model once assembled.

indeed there is something quite rewarding in adding styrene to a model.

I finally got a new shark mouth decals I needed to finish this build. It came with a few other marking decal & were very difficult to install. They would stick on themselves s if there made of glue.

Still need a few touch up.

This project was finish a few weeks ago, but I was waiting until my schedule and the weather to allow to do an exterior photoshoot.

The build was quite good for the price I paid. But this shark mouth gave me a lot of trouble. I installed the one that came with the kit at the wrong position. I then removed it & ordered a an after market one. It was of good print quality but was extremely thin and was very hard to installed and to conform to the shape of the surface on which it was applied. At least, from 3 feet, he damages doesn't show too much.
