Ha! 😄 I recently saved a bunch of Maldivian Twin Otter photos from the net (Maldivian Air Taxi & Trans Maldivian Airways) - just because it's one of these things that make us dream... and now I see this project! Will follow for sure...

Yes, those pictures were from our honeymoon in September 2008. We flew in MAQ. I didn't have the heart to tell my wife (not a lover of flying) that the aircraft were probably older than we were….

I know its dumb, but whenever I see a twin engine seaplane, it reminds me of the old American 1970s tv show, "Fantasy Island". There is something very nostalgic about seaplane travel, especially with the PanAm Clippers from the 1930s.
