Dio - Covid-19 Roadblock

The diorama in a rough completion state.
Road barriers with some corona warning posters. Carved out some pieces of the barriers to simulate ageing and collisions.
Thin paper strips, painted white are going to be the road markings.
Gravel from Noch glued to the base. Oil paint spread over the gravel and thinned down/washed off with turpentine to bring some dirt look to it.
Asphalt is made from sandpaper painted black. Edges of the sandpaper and road patches are created through the use of styrofoam glue. After the glue dried out, it was painted black as well and semi gloss varnish was added to give it the distinct look. Afterwards the road was washed with oil paint to bring some dirty look to it.
Birds eye over the complete scenery, missing some proper frame.

Due to Corona some area is locked down and access is forbidden, a road leading to that area is blocked by the Bundeswehr. People approaching the checkpoint are pushed away eventually with the force of weapon.
