I hate when a project starts like this. One of the Pavla resin seats was broken....the fin of the HobbyBoss upper fuselage part was distorted by several degrees and had to be corrected...and last but not least the resin cockpit looks like a Swiss cheese🙁

Stefan This is model building and why I love the hobby. Every kit is different, you don't know what you've got till you lift the lid, you don't know what you've got to do till you look at the parts... Everyone (kit) throws up a different challenge, problem, badly moulded part. Each kit takes your modeling skills and ingenuity too different levels, tests your patience and plays with your anger thermometer... Swiss Cheese love it ha! ha! ha! 🙂 Now you need a hard setting putty cream dip to go with it😉

Like it, Stefan! Absolut top 👍 . The metal finish looks great. So does the instrument panel. Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic, clean finish Stefan. The 'rudder twist' is a known issue of this kit, I think it has to do with Hobby Boss boxing the parts sprues too soon after molding, and the packaging tray they are held in causing the warp. I had to do several rounds of boiling water to straighten the one I had.

Thx for the comments! It was the first time for me using Alclad paints and I learned a lot (the hard way).
