Germany offered Bulgaria 19 Hotchkiss tanks fitted with the 3.7cm KwK 144(f) in March 1944. Refused by the army, they were adopted by the Royal Bulgarian Gendarmerie. It is not clear whether they saw any use, nor do I know what markings, if any, were applied to them. (I am prepared to use my imagination.)
