Tamiya metal kit built out of the box - only additions are Rochm Model tool clamps and brass wire ranging rods. The delicate 3D-printed clamps certainly stand in stark contrast to the relative crudity of this kit (by today’s standards) - but it was fun to build a diecast kit in any case!

Good Evening, Mark Very engaging finish for a FULL metal Tamiya kit from the 80's. It has to feel a little strange when one picks it up and feels the extra weight. No plastic there. If I owned it, would have a hard time deciding if one should build it or keep it in the box!!!! Would very light sanding on the wheel rims bring out the metal underneath, similar to using Friulmodel tracks on a AFV. Real retro kit. Catch Ya, Logan
