DH Mosquito Airfix diorama
The restauration of a Mossie by some enthousiasts.

This Mosquito will appear in a big diorama. I'm planning a 120 x 120 cm (to start with) scene depicting a large shed in which several vehicles will be placed. One of them being this beauty! The shed itself will measure 84 cm wide to house this big bird. One engine will be dangling from a crane as it is just removed for service. I'm gathering several 1/24 scale mechanic type figures and some spectators. There will be lots of scratchbuilding involved and lots to see. Stay tuned!

Cockpit in the early stages of the build. It's a bit if a shame that most of that beautiful detail will be near invisible.
