This project is one of several 1:48 Vietnam Era aircraft for my friend Mike Grochowski. He served as a sheet-metal maintenance crewman in the USAF 1st SOW from 1970-74 at Hurlbert Field, FL, Danang AFB, RVN, and Takli RTAFB, Thailand. He worked on several types of aircraft in the SOW, including the O-1.
