👀 Very cool idea, Simon. 👍
I am planning something like this too. An E-100 "Mammut", inspired by the Mammoth Tank.

Will you try to make it breath some fire as well? Modeling flames can't be easy.

I'm looking forward to seeing your conversion w.g., will certainly be interesting and sounds pretty big 😉

I thought that I would keep the base simple, without much effort.
the first idea was to put it on a wooden base only, could still change because your idea sounds promising...

Which red primer color did you use? I have vallejo but it's too pink

Thanks for your likes djordje and all of you others!

@djordje: In this case i did not use the primer from vallejo.
The "primer" in the description refers to the rust protection primer.
I've used cavalry brown (model color range) over the pre shading because i wanted to achieve a lighter shade.

i have not yet used the right vallejo red primer, but with hull red i got good results with my ball tank.
otherwise the use of filters could also help.

Thanks for your comment s m!
at first i thought i would make a more elaborate base with flames and smoke😆, but then decided on a simpler variant in order to put more focus on the vehicle.

Thx guys😀
I think they fits very well to a flamethrower.
@ w.g.: no they are not.
They are resin cast and the set is offered by GeBo figuren.(72010)
I bought them through Germania Figuren.

As a rookie, I find your work very inspiring. I watch and try to learn. This is another gem. The different stages of painting shown in image 27 are also very instructive. Just what I was looking for.

Album info

A "what if- what if " project: E-75 flamethrower tank.

I think most of you know the German E-series designs that should be the next generation of German devices.
However, the end of the war in 1945 meant that there were only ideas for the new tanks up to that point.
So there are many ways to create a fictional 1946 tank weapon.
There are already various versions of the E-50/75 tanks, but I don't know of any Flammpanzer yet- so it was time for one!

I used Modelcollect´s E-75 Assault Mortar (UA72144) as base for my project.
Built up the new front asection and a flame tube of plastic sheet and old leftover parts and extended the structure further back on upper hull.
In addition, I added and changed some details.
All welds were renewed/supplemented, add the assemblies for the "Behelfskran", tank nozzles for the flame oil tanks and installed a AA- machine gun.
I also move the headlight and changed the attachment of the tools.

The assembly of the segment tracks and running gear also caused some problems because the instructions was not presented correctly and the fits for the swing arms are missing.

The tankers are a Deutsche Panzer Crew 1946 set from GeBoFiguren (72010) and cast in resin.
