Buk 332
Nice crisp details, easy clean-up and halves fit together well on the SP resin wheels.
I'll only be using one dished wheel from the kit, replacing the other road wheels and idlers with the SP versions. You can't use the kit poly caps with the SP wheels, but it's not like it will be moving around anyway!
The kit goes together easily, and I like the details like the "functional" torsion bars.
PE anti-skid plates on. Much better than the little bumps on the kit parts.
Hull complete, on to the launcher assembly.
The tracks go together easily with the jig. They still CAN pop apart with enough pressure (whoops,) but they hold better than the Trumpeter click-togethers that I used before.
Just about done with build, then ready for primer.
a little airbrush hiccup during pre-shading, but we are back on track.
Making progress.
Decals are on, slowly getting there.
Time for the tracks to go on.
Major work is done, a few details to go, then planning the base and weathering.
Finally was able to make some more progress!
Slapped some scrap wood together for a base.
Not the best job, but most of the earth won’t be that visible when finished.
Checking the layout, the “wheat” is going to need to be a little shorter I think.
Nearing the finish line, just a couple of little things to add.

Time to put this on the shelf. I really need better lighting/ photography, 'cause my pictures don't do it justice.
