This is the kit in its entirety. Nice molding but soft details and some flash/misalignment.

Blocked the inside of the wing for the shell ports.

The alignment pins were off so I sanded them out then glued the wing - aligning it as I went.

Album info This was a fun build. Found instructions on Scalemates and scrounged up some old decals from the spares box. I think the markings are a mix from a P-47, P-51 and a P-39 (I think).
Had a blast playing around with pre and post shading and building up skills with the airbrush. It was nice building a bigger bird. It has been a very long time since I built in 48th scale. Hope to do it more often.
