WIP - CVR(T)s UNPROFOR
Unboxing.
So tiny hull, almost like 1/72.
Had to use CA glue to keep suspension parts in place.
I did suspension and wheels, all of this is so small
I'm thinking what put on base, especially that there will be plenty of space
I've started the fence from balsa
And small gate
This is the plan for a base
I was planning to use such stones for pavement
I used plaster to shape a road
And then I've started to glue blocks
To do this piece it took around 40-50 minutes
I did a fence, I will have to correct some things, but it will look like this
And first dry fit
Cobblestone done.
Sprayed with XF-20 and XF-19.
Some dirt and earth added.
Cobblestone ready and rest of the base is drying.
1st proposition of set up - rest.
2nd proposition of set up - road column.
3rdt proposition of set up - road block.
Adding PE parts.
Adding PE parts.
Turret with PE.
Drilling and milling of head lamps.
Dry fit of Scimitar.
Wall glued to base, added some mud (still wet), some bricks etc.
On the other side of the wall I will put a pile of chopped wood.
Grass matt gleus, then fense and some turfs. Next bush and tree.
I’m not sure about path from the fence but I think about smaller cobblestone.
More chopped wood, stump, wood parts, fence, milkcan etc added.
Some stones, water with plants, grass turfs, path and road sign added.
Some green goo added to the fence.

Scott - I have a JS Work silicone mold bought long time ago on Luckymodel. I get few of them but honestly those are poor quality. The best one is for cobblestone.

Przemek PrzybulewskiIt was done from plaster, a harder version of it called dental stone. It is quite light but hard and durable.

gorbyI'm not normally particularly interested in tanks, but I am interested in both the Scimitar & Scorpion, because my brother and my farther-in-law used to work at the Alvis factory in Coventry building the real ones. So I'll be pulling up a seat for your build Przemek.

Przemek PrzybulewskiThank you all, almost completed. As white is a modt challenging color I'm not fully satisfied with result. I've added wash, filter, more shading with Tamiya smoke and white again, then buff and flat earth and many more but still something is missing.

Scott DuttonIn case you dont know, its basically twin wire, industry term is figure 8 due to it looking like an 8 from the ends. Its used to connect between vehicles at night to provide comms without using radios. Hopefully not stating obvious to you.
