This is just another one of those products that can be easily substituted by using stuff laying around the home.
I would add the following to this list, I am sure there are many more. However a work colleague of mine swears he couldn't live without his Ammo toothpicks 🙂

I use wooden toothpicks. Just a tad softer than brass, so less likely to damage my paint

i got those brass one out of a impulse... have not use them yet. but i will certainly keep the wooden ones 🙂
