OK, I know the Turkish SPAD 13s were delivered unarmed and locally fitted with German LMG 08 Spandaus, but... for this scale I'll make do with the kit's Vickers... I'll probably go for a "generic" Turkish machine, instead of a particular example, just to have a Spad 13 in Turkish markings to exhibit next to my Greek one, built from the Esci kit some 35 years ago...

Ozcan ErtemAlex what an interesting topic. A very close friend of mine, used to be a crazy plastic modeller, now turned into an aviation historian, currently owns a genuine logbook of a German WW1 pilot flying on behalf of Ottomans at Gallipoli campaign in 1915. The pilot's family donated the book to my friend. I can get you two connected if you need further information about that era, airplanes, pictures, even dogfight details.
