Citroën 2CV "Comtesse de Provance"

When the "boxduck" came on the (kit)market, I had to have it. Immediately she came into my imagination in yellow.
I also decided to give the duck a diorama. With dioramas, my goal is always to have the whole thing coherent.
Well .... yellow. I looked for advertisements from the time with yellow backgrounds for the company logos. I came across "Comtess de Provance":
-from France
-Citrus fruits and jams
= Bingo!
That's exactly what I wanted.
So this idea matured.

O.k., after the penchant for perfection, I also researched the exact licenseplate for the duck. Traceable license plate with region and age of approval - a must for me. The Details makes the difference. I Always look at contests on models with wrong licenseplates...a fact, i didn't understand when so much time is invested in Building deatils on a model and the licenseplate is neglected…

The diorama, of course, took longer than building the duck. The facade is intended to show an old port area. Everything is made of cardboard, the sliding gate and the railing is sheet. Each individual transport box is photographed and scaled, the fruits are appropriately painted wooden balls ... countless.
Have fun with the few pictures;)
