Some people like Gundam models, others Macross (‘or the bastardized “Robotech” franchise for the poor Americans) - Haven’t met anyone who liked both.
Macross was the trend setter in anime with its slick animation, gorgeous battle scenes, excellent soundtracks, and unforgettable Valkyrie fighters capable of transforming from jet fighter to a robot. The anime based their VF-01 Valkyrie on the F-14, YEARS before Top Gun made it a popular jet. ?
Every Macross kit from Hasegawa is a sheer joy to build - but you really need to plan out the build and painting process.
