Yeah! I remember him. I had forgotten him, till now!!! 10 races, no points.
So he retired too take up, quote, " Other interests ".
And didn't Chris Amon take his seat for 1976.

Ohhh! I agree Kars...
I can think of a few but...
David Purley springs quickly to mind, do you remember him???

Steve Wilson
To help you remember!!!
Purley is perhaps best known for his actions at the 1973 Dutch Grand Prix, where he abandoned his own race and attempted to save the life of fellow driver Roger Williamson, whose car was upside down and on fire following a horrific accident. Purley was awarded the George Medal for his courage in trying to save Williamson, who perished in the blaze.
Purley died in 1985 in a plane crash, having retired from motorsport and taken up aerobatics.

Here's another...
Al Pease
There were many Englishman in F1 who could qualify for this list, but Pease stands out from the crowd. He distinguishes himself by being the only F1 driver in F1 history to be disqualified for being too slow. Driving an uncompetitive Eagle-Climax in the 1969 Canadian Grand Prix, he was several laps down at the time but still determined to have a scrap with anybody who came up behind him. When a rather dastardly swipe nearly took Jackie Stewart out of the race, team owner Ken Tyrrell lodged a complaint with the stewards and Pease was shown the black flag.
Although classified as Canadian, Al Pease was in his words:
" I was born in Darlington, Yorkshire. I left England when I was quite young and went to India, and while I was out there I joined the forces when the war started. That's World War Two, not World War One! (Laughs) When that was all over I moved to Canada, and have never gone back to England since although I still consider it sometimes. "
He's 93 now...

Sorry, i can't remember the guy. But then again, my knowledge of foreign drivers is limited. I am even surprised sometimes by names of dutch drivers. On my search for dutch drivers i lately found out that e.g. Eppie Wietzes (Canadian, but born Dutch) was born in the town of Assen. It is where i live now.

Yes Eppie raced in Two F1 Races...
1967 Canadian GP for Lotus in a Lotus 49, he was disqualified.
Then in the 1974 Canadian GP for Team Canada in a Brabham BT42, he retired.
You need to build two cars for Eppie👍🙂
