Actually they were surprisingly easy, as long as I used the right parts. The kit is well engineered but each strut piece only fits in one place!

This is the Roden kit of the Hansa Brandenburg D.I fighter, built as 28.69 flown by Hptm. Godwin Brumowski of Flik 41J in mid 1917. Sworl camouflage decals by Blue Rider.
