German - Kubelwagoen & BMW w/Side-car

Kubelwagen 

Kit contents 

Kubelwagen in progress. Windshield was a bit tricky to mask due to it's size. 

BMW in progress. I use fun tack to hold down some of the smaller parts to work on them. 

Kit figures. The Kubelwagen drive simply didn't fit. I'm plan to paint these, but for me that will be a challenge. 

Size comparison, Hasegawa commander at 1/72 scale measures a full one inch, but the ESCI Panzer I tank commander comes in a bit sigh. Both stated 1/72 scale, but it seems the ESCI is really a 1/76 scale figure. My Panzer I is shown in that album. 

BMW with Side-car. Note the decals for the license plate was a real challenge, 1) given the age of the kit (1974) and 2) the size. Fortunately there were six on the sheet, I went through all six before I was able to get two to stick.
