Started in 2009 with a mexican AMT Camaro... very hardened because all the softener was out of the plastic.
Bought a gluebomb, dissabled it and smoothened it.
Used undercarriage of the orange 1970 1/2 Camaro which seems to be the same kit, after changing the molds for many times.
Created decals and pe-parts by myself and bought a piercing 2mm-svarowski-glitter pearl for the disco-ball on inner mirror. Bee Otch refresher was also painted by myself as a decal and put on a pe-part (never again... next time I would print it out on vinyl sticker and put both halfes together)
Paint used was Tamiya Surface Primer and yellow out of the Tamiya XF-glass. Stripes are used from the 1970 Camaro... BUT only the small round pieces in front of the hood - the rest was masked and airbrushed with Tamiya XF flat-black.
I used Gunze Topcoat gloss and made a oil washing, then Gunze Topcoat flat for sealing the whole kit.
Interior made with sheet, dashboard customized and a 8Trac added with a cassette of "Bon Jovi - Runaway" in it...because it was the theme song for Bumblebee movie.
Taillight ar two-piece glued smoothened ad foiled with bare metal foil - the painted with Tamiya transparent colors.
Bumpers are AK-Chrome paint and rubber is Coroplast Vinyl Tape.
Tires are selfmade - by cutting two BF-Goodrich tires and glue them together - then casted in resin by a friend: "scaleproduction.de"
Hood is glued on - because I got away from open hood models... just disturb the picture of a cool car... 😉
