The Semi, Tennessee State Troopers seized it from drug runners and use it to catch people driving and talking on their cell phones. Ingenious I think, nobody expect's that ! I am a Texas State Trooper, I do believe we do have a few rigs, but they are not coded out and only used for moving equipment around. If they ever do code one for road use, I'd make one. I only do Texas Police, but for a few Chicago PD and State Police for family members in Illinois.

The UK Police use trucks both marked and unmarked with blue lights added as well
