Nice barrel! I have the kit but will probably go OOB. One annoying aspect of the kit is the log straps - just blocks of plastic, where they could have been done seperately easily. Oh well!Best of luck in your build!

I have no idea when to build it, have lots of kits now😉 But I won´t build the version depicted on the box. The logs and concrete were put on after the heavy fighting ended in early July 1944 and I want to build a Stug as of June 1944, so I wont have that problem. But I imagine one could carve off the straps and make own straps .instead.
