The decals for the cockpit in the ICM kit don't fit the instrument board.

Now for MisterCraft kit...
...the decals are atrocious. They do not stick to the surface, are brittle...
... stiff and do not play with decal solutions. I used Mr Mark Setter NEO to give it a little bit of adhesivenis und ended up just pressing the decals onto the surface with my bare fingers to have them conform to the nooks and crannies. Inevitably they broke but I was long past the point of where I cared about any of that.
As good as it will ever be.
Aircraft need fuel.
The markings are more or less guesswork.
It will do.
Aircraft need an airfield. No real plan on how to proceed from here on.
A simple display base made from a cheapo picture frame, some modelling plaster, the PAG-14 airfield plates and grass fibers.

But for what it is, it's got a surprisingly decent fit and builds easily. It's just the decals that are total garbage. And the hilariously oversized raised panel lines. And lack of details. And questionable accuracy.
I'd say 3.9. Not great, not terrible.

Rando DudeFinally managed to build a display base for this project and finish it. I also added some personnel to add a bit of life to the scene.
Please excuse their incorrect outfit, the guys just came back from a movie set doing some side money as background extras and hadn't had time to change uniform yet.
