Building a Two-seat Spitfire replica
Use two Eduard kits to make one 2 seat Spitfire.

Scale:
1:48
Status:
Completed
Started:
March 5, 2013
Completed:
November 10, 2015
Time spent:
About 150 hours.

I was asked to build this replica as a Christmas gift that was to be given to the man who owns the real Spitfire, so the pressure to produce something very accurate was intense. Being a little OCD helps in matters like this!

You have to cut the fuselage halfway down and move the cockpit forward to install the rear one. Measure twice-cut once!
